Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an AI Business Value Architect to identify, design, and shape AI opportunities that measurably impact demand generation, sales conversion, and customer experience across four global divisions. Qualifications

• Experience in AI strategy, business architecture, or digital transformation with ability to define AI use cases.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities and translating them into business value.
• Proven track record building AI roadmaps or digital portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership, IT product teams, and process owners.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems and customer gaps into clear AI use cases with KPIs, value drivers, and measurable criteria.
• Design the business logic behind AI solutions including data requirements, workflow changes, governance, and operational readiness.
• Own and drive the D&CE AI roadmap, building a pipeline of high-value AI opportunities across divisions.
• Validate feasibility and ROI with process/product owners and data scientists before investments.
• Bridge collaboration between business stakeholders, IS AI & Automation teams, and divisional anchors to accelerate maturity.
• Advise D&CE leadership on AI prioritization using data, market trends, and portfolio insights.
