Job summary

Wonderful in Denmark is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn AI deployments into real value for enterprise clients. You will bridge customers, forward deployed engineers, and product teams to translate ambitious AI initiatives into actionable plans.

You will spend time onsite with customers, navigate ambiguity, own deployments from discovery to production, and drive measurable outcomes across pilots and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important problems to solve, and obsess over helping them win.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on real usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
