Job summary

SimCorp seeks a Lead IT Operation Specialist to manage AI agents and MCP connectors across the enterprise. You will ensure high availability, security, and cost control while partnering with AI Enablement and engineering teams.

The role requires strong IT operations expertise, experience with Azure services, and hands-on use of Claude or Copilot Studio to scale AI tools across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud/AI governance and Azure tools.
• Hands-on with AI orchestration platforms (Claude, Copilot Studio).
• Familiarity with MCP or API integration patterns.
• Solid IT operations fundamentals: monitoring, incident management, availability.
• Experience with AI agent lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning.
• Ability to work across security/compliance boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own intake of AI agents and automations into managed infrastructure.
• Maintain portfolio of AI agents with cost control and reliability.
• Build and maintain MCP connectors for AI tools.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure for high performance and security.
• Develop IT operations processes and guide junior specialists.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
