Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities and business value translation.
• Proven track record building AI roadmaps delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems and customer experience gaps into clear AI use cases with KPIs and ROI.
• Design the business logic behind AI solutions including data needs and governance.
• Own and drive the D&CE AI roadmap across four divisions.
• Validate feasibility and ROI with owners and data scientists.
• Bridge collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and anchors.
• Advise leadership on AI prioritization using data and market trends.
