Job summary

Flügger Group A/S is seeking an AI & MarTech Lead to join the Digital Sales team in Denmark. You will own the MarTech and CRM landscape, optimize product feeds, and drive AI discoverability across channels while staying hands-on with the data layer.

You will lead two specialists, shape the data foundation for 5,000+ colours, and translate AI trends into concrete initiatives that align with the commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• MarTech & CRM leadership and ownership of integration landscape (HubSpot preferred).
• Deep understanding of data flows and making data LL(M) ready for AI.
• Experience with product feeds and feed optimization at scale.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing to lead and challenge specialists.
• Forward-looking on AI discovery, GEO and agentic commerce.
• Leadership experience or readiness to advance into it while keeping hands-on craft.
• Clear communication in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the MarTech & CRM team, giving direction and technical support.
• Own the technical data foundation and make large data LL(M)-ready.
• Optimize our product feeds technically and ensure data is complete and correct.
• Maintain a healthy CRM (HubSpot) and integration landscape.
• Scale colour-by-product feeds to 5,000+ colours via automation.
• Define and own AI discoverability and align data for cross-channel use.
• Collaborate with Platform & Experience, Analytics and Online Products.
