Job summary

Colibo is seeking a senior B2B marketing leader to own the demand engine across Denmark, Germany and beyond, supported by external specialists. You will drive campaign planning, content, paid channels, SEO and AI-driven account research.

German content is produced via AI translation and quality-checked by colleagues. You will set positioning and messaging, own the marketing budget, manage external vendors, and ensure brand compliance while collaborating with leadership and the CEO.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in B2B marketing, including 2+ years in demand generation in a SaaS or software company.
• Documented ownership of a lead or pipeline target, with strategy and execution.
• HubSpot at operator level; built workflows, lead scoring, sequences and reporting.
• Documented hands-on experience building and running AI workflows with measurable impact.
• Experience managing external vendors and responsibility for a marketing budget.
• English at negotiation level, written and spoken.
• On-site presence at our Aarhus office; remote work is not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Own Colibo’s full demand engine across Denmark, Germany, and beyond, with external specialists.
• Plan and run campaigns, content, paid channels, SEO/AEO, nurture flows, and AI-driven account research.
• Lead Germany-specific campaigns; translate and QA content with German colleagues.
• Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions per segment, based on product-market fit.
