Job summary

Implement Consulting Group in Aarhus is expanding its Digital Transformation – Data & AI team with a Senior Data and AI Advisor to shape data strategies, design modern data platforms, and establish governance for AI at scale.

You will lead workshops, align stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery from strategy to implementation, while supporting Nordics market growth. Fluency in English required; Danish or other Scandinavian languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally client-facing
• Expertise across data platforms, data strategy, and data management
• Hands-on familiarity with the modern data stack and cloud data platforms
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and articulate complex topics
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Fluency in English; Scandinavian languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Shape data and AI strategies with senior stakeholders, translating business ambitions into actionable roadmaps
• Design modern data platforms and target architectures for analytics and AI at scale
• Establish data management and governance practices — ownership, quality, and ways of working
• Drive project delivery from strategy to implementation with client impact
• Support business development through your consulting experience andNordics network
