Job summary

Insights is seeking a Practitioner Accreditations & Retention Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Aarhus (hybrid). Fluent Danish and English are required to support accreditation programmes and practitioner retention across the region.

You will manage accreditation logistics in D365 and Zoom, coordinate with Sales and CS, renewals, and engage practitioners at risk to keep them connected to Insights’ global community.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and English written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience in administration, customer success, event delivery, or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and virtual delivery platforms.
• Proactive, data-driven problem solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and logistics for Insights Discovery Accreditation programmes.
• Communicate with learners before, during, and after accreditation.
• Support both public and private accreditation programmes.
• Maintain systems including D365, Zoom, and tracking tools.
• Welcome new practitioners and help them engage with the Insights community.
• Oversee annual licence fee renewals and collaborate to maximise renewals.
• Identify risks and opportunities, share regional insights with teams.
