Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer success, event delivery, learning and development, or a related field.
• Fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• As the regional expert for practitioner accreditations and retention in Denmark, you'll help create exceptional experiences that enable practitioners to thrive.
• Manage administration and logistics of Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) programmes.
• Communicate confidently with learners before, during, and after accreditation; support both public and private accreditation programmes.
• Maintain systems and platforms including D365, Zoom, and operational tracking tools.
• Welcome newly accredited practitioners and help them engage quickly with the Insights community.
• Oversee ALF renewals and collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Customer Success colleagues to maximise renewal success.
• Proactively engage practitioners at risk of leaving and demonstrate value of ongoing accreditation and licensing.
