Job summary

Insights Aarhus is seeking a Practitioner Accreditations & Retention Specialist to support the practitioner journey from accreditation to ongoing engagement. The role is hybrid in Aarhus and requires fluent Danish and English, exceptional organisation, and a customer-focused mindset.

You’ll manage accreditation administration, renewals, and stakeholder collaboration across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product to drive retention and commercial success while maintaining accurate CRM records and data

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience in administration, customer success, event delivery, learning and development, or related field.
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences.
• Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual delivery platforms.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
• Interest in using data and insights to improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation administration and logistics for IDA programmes.
• Communicate confidently with learners before, during, and after accreditation.
• Support both public and private accreditation programmes.
• Maintain systems and platforms including D365, Zoom, and tracking tools.
• Welcoming newly accredited practitioners and helping them engage with the wider Insights community.
• Manage ALF renewals across the region and collaborate with Sales/CS to maximise renewal success.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across regional operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting; support finance with PO and invoicing.

What you’ll be doing

As the regional expert for practitioner accreditations and retention in Denmark, you'll help create exceptional experiences that enable practitioners to thrive.

You'll coordinate and deliver a seamless accreditation experience by:

• Managing the administration and logistics of Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA) programmes
• Communicating confidently with learners before, during, and after accreditation
• Supporting both public and private accreditation programmes
• Maintaining systems and platforms including D365, Zoom, and operational tracking tools
• Welcoming newly accredited practitioners and helping them engage quickly with the wider Insights community

Driving Practitioner Retention

You’ll play an important role in maintaining strong practitioner relationships by:

• Managing Annual Licence Fee (ALF) renewals across the region
• Working closely with Sales Account Managers and Customer Success colleagues to maximise renewal success
• Proactively engaging practitioners who may be at risk of leaving the community
• Demonstrating the value and benefits of ongoing accreditation and licensing
• Supporting practitioners through organisational or career transitions to help them remain connected to Insights

Contributing to Commercial Success

You’ll help strengthen regional performance by:

• Monitoring accreditation participation and renewal trends
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Sharing regional insights with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Community Activation teams
• Supporting initiatives that improve practitioner engagement and long-term retention
• Contributing to a collaborative global Customer Success function

Delivering Operational Excellence

You’ll also:

• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
• Support finance administration activities including purchase orders and invoicing
• Ensure data accuracy across all practitioner records
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance both efficiency and customer experience
