Job summary

Daniel & Jacob’s Apartments in Copenhagen is seeking a Reservations & Success Manager for a full-time maternity cover, with the potential to continue beyond the initial period.

You will be the heart of guest communication, converting inquiries into reservations and coordinating with reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth, warm, memorable stays every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnb hosting or similar guest-facing roles.
• Fluent English (Danish and other languages are an advantage).
• Able to work independently and plan your own day.
• Good knowledge of Copenhagen and what’s happening around the city.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily guest communication via email, messaging, phone and in person.
• Convert inquiries into reservations through friendly, proactive service.
• Prepare for guest stays, including special requests or arrangements.
• Help resolve issues and turn potential negative experiences into positive ones.
• Coordinate with tech, reservations and operations teams.
• Develop and implement add-ons and small luxury touches for guests.
• Update and monitor booking channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia).
• Analyse reviews and feedback to prepare performance insights.
