Job summary

Rumli ApS is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily portfolio administration, lease contracts, rent adjustments, compliance and maintenance, while partnering with software engineers to automate repetitive tasks.

You will advise landlords on Danish legislation, strategy and finance, and work to scale operations by piloting automated systems in a fast-paced startup in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Fluent Danish for legal documents and English for office culture.
• Interest in automating processes and reducing legacy tech friction.
• Comfort with budgets, utilities, and property finance.

Overview

Our operations team is looking for a Property Manager who is tired of the status quo. You will partner closely with our software engineers to shape the future of our platform. You’ll have the opportunity to span the entire process, from managing complex portfolios and advising landlords to deciding which manual tasks our engineers should automate next.

You will

• Be a core part of the team: Work closely with software engineers and product designers to shape our product with your domain expertise.


• Own the portfolio: Manage the daily administration, including lease contracts, rent adjustments, compliance, and maintenance.


• Bridge the gap: Identify the friction points in your daily work and help the product team decide on what to build next.


• Be the expert: Act as the primary advisor for landlords on the complex side of property: legislation, strategy, and finance.


• Operate at scale: Pilot our automated systems to manage a portfolio size that would be impossible at a traditional firm.

You may be a fit if you are

• From the field: You have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management and actually enjoy solving the puzzles of the Danish Rental Act.


• Done with legacy tech: You’ve used the old systems and you know they suck. You probably already have ideas on how to fix them.


• A "product" thinker: You don’t just want to follow a checklist; you want to build a better system.


• Numbers don’t scare you: You’re comfortable with budgets, utility accounts, and tools like Visma e-conomic.


• Equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset: You’re comfortable assuming ownership and working in a fast-paced startup environment


• Bilingual: You are fluent in Danish for legal documents and English for our office culture.
