Job summary

Villa Copenhagen, part of Strawberryhotels, is seeking on-call Bell Captains for our Front of House in Copenhagen. You will greet guests, assist with luggage and valet parking, maintain Courtyard visibility, handle guest requests, and resolve issues with a friendly, service-minded approach.

You’ll work daytime, evening and weekend shifts, reporting to the Front of House Manager. A driver’s license (B) and fluency in English or a Scandinavian language are required.

Qualifications

• You have a driver’s license class B.
• You speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English.
• You are customer-service oriented and have a cosmopolitan spirit.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests inside and outside of the hotel
• Handling guests’ luggage with great care
• Valet parking, including parking and retrieving guests’ cars with utmost caution
• Maintaining high visibility in the Courtyard
• Handling guests requests and concerns
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues
• Ensure good communication within the team and between departments
• Know what to do in Copenhagen and be able to suggest open restaurants to guests
• Make sure actions align with our brand values
