Your Role

As a Functional Consultant (Lead Consultant), you will lead engagement efforts from business process consulting through solution design, development, and deployment. You will be central to problem definition and solution discovery, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a domain thought leader, you will advise on architecture and design reviews, lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and capability building within the organization. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that help our clients meet evolving global needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships effectively.
• Design, harmonize, and standardize processes across multiple business units and geographies.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for Supply Chain Planning on Oracle EBS.
• Lead cross-track discussions to finalize end-to-end solutions involving Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Support functional testing, QA, SIT, UAT, production cut-over, and post-production support.
• Guide technical teams in data mapping, integration, extension design, and report testing.
• Ensure quality of deliverables across a globally distributed Oracle EBS implementation team, managing scope and tracking progress.
• Review solution designs, functional specifications, and cross-track solutions.
• Coordinate performance testing and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate with BI teams on reporting solutions.
• Document process designs, solution specifications, configurations, test scripts, SOPs, and training materials; maintain defect tracking and ALM tools.

Required Skills

• Proven Solution Lead with strong functional and application knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules—Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory.
• Experience leading Oracle ERP transformation projects, familiar with Oracle EBS capabilities.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, solution development, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Experience designing solutions for high transaction volumes and performance testing.
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes such as Forecast to Plan, Demand to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Master Data Management.
• Experience integrating with external partners/applications, including EDI in Europe.
• Deep understanding of Europe Localizations and Oracle ERP packages.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and delivery management skills, with experience managing offshore and third-party teams.
• Oracle Certification is mandatory; distribution industry experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning modules, Oracle Technology stack, Cloud Web Services, and ALM tools like Panaya and JIRA.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
