THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Team Lead for Product Marketing with the strategic vision, storytelling mastery, and cross-functional leadership to shape how the world understands spatial intelligence.

Our hardware and software solutions are redefining how industries capture, visualize, and operationalize reality. As we expand our footprint across laser scanning & surveying, AEC, and industrial operations, the need for clear, differentiated, and inspiring product narratives has never been greater.

In this role, you will own the global Product Marketing strategy—uniting product, sales, and marketing around compelling storytelling that drives adoption, revenue growth, and category leadership. You'll drive product adoption and market expansion through launch excellence and value-based storytelling, ensuring that every innovation lands with clarity and impact.

You will have the opportunity to ensurePMM excellence across both hardware and software, positioning NavVis as a truly holistic solution that bridges the physical and digital worlds. As the champion of the customer voice, you will get to embed market insight and user empathy into positioning, roadmap storytelling, and enablement, ensuring that our narratives reflect real-world needs and opportunities.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Define and own the global Product Marketing strategy and roadmap, aligning with companyobjectives, product priorities, and GTM goals.
  • Co-create and evolve differentiated messaging across our core verticals, articulating NavVis’ value, outcomes, and competitive edge.
  • Develop best-in-class presentations, keynotes, and demo narratives that inspire product love and fuel market excitement.
  • Partner cross-functionallywithSales, Customer Success, Product, Field and Events Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Marketing Operations to ensure consistent messaging, proof points, and value propositions across the customer journey.
  • Define and track PMM impact metrics connecting storytelling, launches, and enablement to tangible business outcomes.
  • Build a unified demo and keynote experience that empowers every presenter to confidently tell the NavVis story.
  • Lead the creation of customer proof points, ROI models, and value frameworks that support land,expand, and renewal motions.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
  • You arean exceptional storyteller with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire diverse audiences.
  • You have5-8years of Product Marketing or GTM leadership experience in B2B tech or SaaS, ideally spanning both hardware and software.
  • A proventrack recordof delivering world-class demos, presentations, and product launches that drive adoption and enthusiasm.
  • Deepexpertisein messaging, positioning, and end-to-end Go-to-Market orchestration.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
  • Experience translating complex capabilities into persona-based value across technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with geospatial, AEC, manufacturing, industrial IoT, or spatial computing is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort presenting at customer events, tradeshows, or conferences.
  • Fluent English is required; additionallanguages are an advantage.
