We are seeking a passionate and experienced Server Product Sales Manager to promote and sell our client's server portfolio. This role requires candidates to possess a solid technical background, exceptional sales capabilities, and fluent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to build strong client relationships, provide tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and expand new customer relationships, establish solid business partnerships, and maintain existing customer relations.
  2. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable server products and solutions to meet their business needs.
  3. Actively follow up with potential customers and sales leads, demonstrate product advantages, and drive sales closure.
  4. Coordinate internal team resources to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements, including collaborating with the technical team to resolve technical issues.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, collect and provide feedback on market information and customer opinions to contribute to product improvements and business expansion.
  6. Participate in sales strategy development and marketing activities to promote the growth of the server portfolio.
  7. Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to the country manager, formulate effective sales plans, and implement them.
Requirements :
  1. At least 4 years of experience in server sales, with a good understanding of the server market and industry trends.
  2. Excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, with the capability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Strong team spirit, able to closely collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  4. Excellent English communication and presentation skills to establish positive business relationships with clients.
