Area of responsibilities:

• Drive and develop a lean organization, ensuring operational excellence and efficiencies across all areas of the company.
• Directly manage and coordinate Brand Operations, including interface management with Omnichannel Sales Operations, Business Processes & PMO, Supply Chain, Project Management, Digital/IT, by setting focused targets and monitoring execution.
• Continuously improve and develop the learning organization, including optimizing operational processes into best practices.
• Collaborate with C-Level executives and peers to execute the organizational vision, mission, strategy, and company culture.
• Manage capital investments and expenses to meet financial targets effectively.
• Optimize the company's end-to-end supply chain in terms of costs, quality, and timeliness.
• Manage crises and mitigate risks continuously.
• Monitor performance, establish corrective measures as needed, and create KPI-based reporting structures, including forecasting.
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective people management through recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
• Develop existing team members and future talents.

Profile of qualification:

• Studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar fields, e.g., Business Administration with strong technical understanding.
• Significant relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong leadership experience managing interdisciplinary international teams within complex matrix organizations.
• Management experience in family-owned companies is a plus.
• Excellent English and German language skills.
