This position will be within the Fluence Digital business unit. Fluence Digital’s IQ platform uses artificial intelligence, advanced price forecasting, portfolio optimization and market bidding to ensure energy storage and flexible generation assets are optimally participating in wholesale electricity markets.

Die Position in unserem HR Administrations-Team ist hybrid, wobei mindestens ein Tag pro Woche im Erlanger Büro vorgesehen ist. Du kannst uns mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung unseres HR Adminstrations Teams und Übernahme von operativen, organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im HR-Bereich
• Verwaltungstätigkeiten wie Datenerfassung, Dokumentation und Archivierung lassen Dich nicht in den Schlaffallen
• Du brennst für schnelle und transparente Prozesse und übernimmst u. a. die Unterstützung beim Dokumentenmanagement, bei personellen Verwaltungstätigkeiten sowie Statistiken erstellen und führen
• Du gehst mit offenen Augen durch die Welt, erkennst Aufgaben, wenn sie erledigt werden müssen, und freust dich darauf diese selbständig anzugehen
• Unser Aufgabenspektrum ist sehr vielfältig: Ausprobieren und das eigene Potential entdecken sind sehr erwünscht

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Du studierst Human Resource Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ein vergleichbares Fachgebiet
• Erste Erfahrung in den genannten Feldern
• Gute und routinierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, SharePoint, Power Point, Outlook und Word)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Du planst noch mindestens zwei weitere Semester zu studieren
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ganz wichtig: eine positive Grundeinstellung, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Motivation und Begeisterung für Neues – ganz im Sinne unserer Unternehmenswerte
