Global Transactions at Freshfields brings together lawyers specialising in corporate, finance, and real estate in a transactional practice group, working collaboratively to provide the best transactional advice to clients. Our finance lawyers in Germany focus on leveraged finance, corporate lending, acquisition financing, real estate finance, infrastructure and project finance, derivatives and structured finance, debt capital markets, asset finance, restructuring, and capital solutions.
The Knowledge Lawyer’s primary focus will be on banking transactions, including leveraged finance, corporate and acquisition finance, infrastructure finance, and real estate finance. The role involves working closely with partners and lawyers, covering general finance topics relevant to the practice area, such as subordination, security, and guarantees.
