Job summary
A leading technology company in Germany is seeking a legal professional to support German legal and contracting operations. The role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance in IT and Cyber Security, and working collaboratively with various departments. Ideal candidates will have a degree in German Law and experience in the Cyber Security or SaaS sectors. This position offers remote work flexibility and a full-time contract.
Qualifications
- First and Second State Exams or equivalent preferred.
- Solid experience ideally within Cyber Security services or SaaS industries.
- High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills.
- Structured and independent working style.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate contracts with customers and partners.
- Provide legal support in complex customer negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks in IT and Cyber Security.
- Collaborate on legal strategies with various departments.
- Monitor legal developments in Cyber Security and IT services.
Skills
Education
As part of our local Legal team you will participate in shaping the future of our local German legal and contracting operations.
- Reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts with customers partners and service providers
- Providing legal support and advice during complex customer negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks especially in IT Cyber Security Software Resale and SaaS
- Collaborating closely with internal and external departments to shape and implement legal strategies
- Monitoring and evaluating current legal developments in the fields of Cyber Security and IT services
- Degree in German Law (First and Second State Exams or equivalent preferred)
- Solid experience in contract drafting and review ideally within Cyber Security services or SaaS industries
- Understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the IT sector
- High sense of responsibility strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Team player with a structured and independent working style
- German (full professional proficiency C1) and English (full professional proficiency)
- Ideally you live in the surroundings of Munich (Germany)
- Remote (from anywhere in Germany)
