A leading compliance solutions provider in Germany is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist suppliers with compliance requests and information gathering. This role requires excellent communication skills in German and English and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The candidate will engage with suppliers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience while troubleshooting their concerns. The Customer Support Associate will support the Support team in obtaining declarations and other important information from non-responsive suppliers in our clients supply chains.
