The Position

We're seeking a talented Senior Web Developer - WP/WC/Webflow who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering real products. As a young company, you'll influence our growth, culture, and work processes.

You will work on projects for startups and established companies worldwide, often directly with founders, product teams, or CTOs. Expect high ownership, rapid iteration, and meaningful impact from day one.

You’ll join a remote-first team that values code quality, product thinking, and continuous learning. We seek engineers who enjoy solving business problems and building end-to-end solutions.

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior web developer (WP/WC/Webflow).
• Be based in Europe or within ±2 hours of CET.
• Be fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking across projects.
• Preferably have agency experience.
• Possess a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
• Value teamwork, empathy, and mentorship.
• Have extensive experience with modern stacks (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Have shipped real products with impact.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS & GCP.
• Enjoy building from database to UI and understanding feature rationale.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CI/CD, microservices, IaC, TDD.
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, React.js / Next.js, React Query, React Router, Redux, Angular, Vue.js, Webpack / Babel.
• Experience with React Native (shipping an app is a bonus).
• Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, Woocommerce.
