The Deal Desk Manager, Central and North Europe, is a key member of the Revenue Operations team.

The Deal Desk team consists of a centralized group of trusted advisors operating as business partners to the sales team. This team works with key stakeholders to construct complex and non-standard deals, aiming to improve sales efficiency and prevent bottlenecks in the deal process to facilitate deal closures.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and agile environment. This position requires a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  1. Serving as the central point of contact for all stakeholders and managing the internal workflow for each deal.
  2. Providing guidance on deal structuring, pricing, contracting vehicles, and non-standard order terms.
  3. Constructing and preparing customer-ready quotes, proposals, and order forms in line with revenue strategy and corporate governance.
  4. Collaborating closely with sales, support, legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate deal progression.
  5. Responding to customer and field inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and contracts.
  6. Entering data and updating internal systems accordingly.
  7. Maintaining customer files and records in internal systems.
  8. Working with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and processes.
  9. Participating in sales QBRs and forecast calls.
  10. Creating and updating training materials and documents.
  11. Handling other ad-hoc projects as needed.
