Customer Success Manager / Inside Sales Orthodontics (m/w/x), Chemnitz

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager / Inside Sales Orthodontics (m/w/x) to support our growth in the orthodontics segment, particularly in Aligner Therapy. This role can be performed remotely and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and actively recruit new customers (dental and orthodontic practices) within your designated sales territory.
- Follow up on leads from the sales team, marketing campaigns, and training events.
- Support dental professionals and practice staff in initial product application via video or phone calls.
- Maintain close collaboration with the sales and product management teams for customer follow-up.
- Assist customers with application questions and process optimization.
- Document activities in our CRM system.
- Continuously develop product knowledge in orthodontics.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or degree; alternatively, training as a dental assistant or dental technician (preferably with experience in Kieferorthopädie and Aligner Therapy).
- Initial experience in a sales-oriented role.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Communicative, committed, flexible, and independent.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- Ability to simplify complex information.
