A leading electronics supply chain platform is looking for a Paralegal to provide legal guidance and support on contracts and compliance. The role requires native German and excellent English skills. The ideal candidate will help mitigate risks while supporting customer relationships, conduct legal research, and represent the company in negotiations. Join a remote-first team based in Munich with a focus on creating impact and fostering innovation. Compensation ranges from €44K to €48K.
Luminovo's business is growing and maturing, and so is our Legal Team! As Paralegal, whenever your colleagues in customer-facing roles require legal guidance, you are their first point of contact. You support or take over any legal matters related to process changes, customer contracts, or new business initiatives.
Your responsibilities also reach into the areas of data security and compliance, which have high relevance for the development of our product and business.
This is your opportunity to join our team of 80 (and counting) talented and kind individuals. You will learn about and benefit from many best practices our teams have already established. But there’s still plenty of room to grow, and your contribution can have an immense impact on Luminovo's trajectory.
Note: Please also apply if you only see a partial match with the following performance objectives! We expect you to handle a wide variety of legal matters (as many as possible given your skills and strengths) that push Luminovo forward:
Just so you know – we purposefully don't create a standard list of qualifications for our roles. We care much more about your motivation and ability to create impact at Luminovo than just about your CV. If you're interested to find out more about why we banned requirements from our performance profiles – see here.
However, given the nature of this role, we do have specific language requirements: You must be a native German speaker and have excellent proficiency in English.
