Computer Scientist as Product Owner Digital Health Solutions (f/m/d)
As a Product Owner Digital Health Solutions (f/m/d), you will play a key role in defining and implementing innovative digital services in healthcare. Your work will directly contribute to HARTMANN’s digital transformation, improving care for nursing home residents through data-driven solutions. You will shape the product strategy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards in usability, compliance, and customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategic vision for digital health services, aligning with business goals.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate them into innovative digital health solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create digital products that meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain technical documentation and conformity assessments.
- Drive design for usability and work closely with users to optimize UX.
- Coordinate with marketing, IT, and customer service departments to align product development with business strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee the procurement process for digital health solutions.
- Develop and execute training materials and customer support plans to ensure successful product adoption.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Qualification:
- Master's degree in Digital Business, Healthcare Management, (computer) science or a related field.
- Proven experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in the digital health or medical device industry.
- Knowledge of digital market trends and innovations, preferably in telecare or digital health services.
- Experience with health economics or regulatory requirements for digital health solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, at least B2 German skills.
