Your role :

• Contributing analytical expertise to high impact projects in international companies
• Working with clients and senior management to gather, compile, and analyse information
• Clearly communicating analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to project teams, senior management, and clients
• Contributing to the enhancement of their service portfolio and intellectual capital
• Planning and leading project work-streams
• Developing, guiding, and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help realise their full potential

Your profile :

• Experience at an established strategy consultancy in a similar role
• Fluent German and fluent English are essential
• Project experience in a number of sectors
• Exceptional analytical and structured thinker with a rigorous, creative, and pragmatic approach
• Mature, confident self-starter with a passionate, entrepreneurial drive and an ability to flourish in challenging environments, with a steep learning curve
• Genuine business interest with a demonstrable level of business acumen
• Motivated to support our team with a desire to help develop less experienced team-mates
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
• Master's degree from a high-performing university
• High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI a plus
