Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the support of customer solutions across LAN / WAN / WLAN & Security
• Work closely with mid-to-large enterprise customers & public sector customers to understand their requirements
• Take ownership of the implementation, migration and support of Cisco, Huawei and Aruba solutions
• Provide 3rd line technical support when necessary

Skills/Must have:

• Network Deployments & Support Experience
• Cisco, Huawei OR HPE Aruba Experience
• Routing & Switching
• Firewalling (Cisco OR Palo Alto OR Sophos OR Cato)
• German Speaking
