This role is responsible for managing the product cost of TRATONs Chassis portfolio and facilitate Make or Buy (MoB) analysis. We are looking for an individual who can lead and encourage the team to integrate product costs perspective and margin perspective in development projects setting ambitious product cost targets in the right balance with other product characteristics. You will have the opportunity to create a wide network within our company and make strong contribute to secure our companies future profitability.

• Lead and manage the global Product Chassis and MoB Controlling team with team members located in Munich and Södertälje
• Create a conducive work environment in line with our TRATON Core Values
• Organize personal competence development and continuous improvement
• Anticipate future cost challenges and opportunities on roadmap level
• Align cost control strategies with TRATONs broader business objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure integration and focus on cost control during product development

• You hold a degree in industrial engineering business administration or a related field with a strong interest in technical issues
• Your strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate between financial and technical subjects speak for you
• You have multiple years of relevant experience working with product cost of hardware products within controlling or related functions for example purchasing R&D project management or strategy
• You are self-driven and an excellent communicator
• You have gained at least first experience in a leadership role
• Your fluent English is a mandatory requirement and speaking Swedish or German is a strong plus
