A leading professional services company in Berlin seeks a Customer Service Advisor to manage customer inquiries in their Banking Operations. The role requires a completed banking apprenticeship and fluency in German. The advisor will ensure compliance with banking regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with problem-solving skills. This position requires onsite work five days a week.
Customer Service Advisor (d/f/m) – Backoffice limited to 1 year
About the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor - Backoffice (all genders) in our Banking Operations Customer Service department, you will help us effectively manage customer enquiries and create an exceptional customer experience. You will be a valued member of the Banking Operations team and work collaboratively with managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and compliance.
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Berlin.
