Your mission as a Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly driven and passionate Senior Account Executive to join our team and work closely with the Head of Sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients on market research, innovation, and consumer-centric strategies.

You will be responsible for building and managing relationships within a specific industry sector, showcasing our client’s capabilities, and developing mutually beneficial commercial frameworks with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and own growth strategies for your assigned vertical (e.g., FMCG, Media & Entertainment).
  • Represent our client to marketing and insights decision-makers.
  • Acquire new customers, advising them on relevant market research approaches using our platform and methodologies.
  • Scope and qualify client requirements for new and existing projects.
  • Serve as the voice of Media/Entertainment clients, understanding their pain points, competition, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong industry network.
  • Create partnership opportunities to enhance our client’s positioning as a research partner.
  • Represent our client at trade fairs and speaking events, expanding your network and leveraging contacts to drive business.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize growth.

You will thrive in this role if

  • You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the market research industry.
  • You have managed the full sales cycle from pre-sales to closing.
  • You are proficient in German and English.
  • You are experienced with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • You are based in Germany, preferably Hamburg.
  • Having an extensive network within the Media/Entertainment or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • You possess an empathetic nature with a keen understanding of client needs.
