A growing energy company is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager in Baden-Württemberg to lead site origination for battery energy storage projects. The role involves securing suitable land, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates need proven experience in land acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in German. The position offers a salary up to €70,000 with a performance-based bonus and a full remote setup.

Identify, assess, and secure suitable land for BESS projects
Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local stakeholders
Coordinate with internal technical and development teams to evaluate site feasibility
Report progress and performance metrics tied to land secured (bonus eligible)
Proven experience in land acquisition (ideally in renewable energy, real estate, or infrastructure)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with Baden-Württemberg land markets
German fluency required; English a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Salary up to €70,000 + performance-based bonus
Full remote setup with travel across Baden-Württemberg
