We are supporting a growing clinical research company in recruiting a Head of Marketing to support their commercial growth in Europe.

The role is strategic and involves working closely with the senior commercial team to drive customer engagement and support overall business development activities. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, raising the company's profile in specific market segments, and creating impactful marketing collateral to assist the global business development team.

This CRO is well-established, having grown significantly over the last four years, with plans for continued expansion. The company focuses on early-stage clinical trials and research services, and is known for being reactive and quick to implement ideas.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000, Bonus, Pension, Healthcare
