The Roche Diagnostics Quality & Regulatory Compliance department manages the Quality Management System (QMS) for Audits, Training, and Compliance, encompassing two distinct chapters:

• Global Q&R Compliance Audit & Inspection Readiness: This chapter is responsible for the QMS audit process, conducting internal (including affiliate) and global supplier audits across the Diagnostics division. It also collaborates with stakeholders to ensure external inspection readiness.
• Global Q&R Compliance Training: This chapter oversees the QMS training process, including content development and assignment of QMS training. It also supports people leaders in developing and maintaining Training Oversight (training matrices) and assists learning experts across DIA with training handling (e.g., in Cornerstone).

The Opportunity

As the Data & AI Solutions Lead in Quality & Regulatory, you will be a key leader in the Global Quality & Regulatory (Q&R) Compliance Leadership Team, driving the chapter\'s readiness for a digital future. You\'ll be instrumental in shaping the strategic roadmap for AI readiness, digitalization, and data insights, while also providing the hands-on expertise to make that vision a reality. You will strive to build a culture of innovation and ensure the Chapter is at the forefront of technological advancements. You will act as a catalyst for change, leveraging your expertise to create business cases and define use cases that reduce effort for repetitive tasks and define new ways of working through digital tools. Working closely with the Training and Audit Chapters, as well as other Network Leads, you will drive the upskilling of our department to ensure we are equipped for the future of the department.

• Lead the Digital Transformation: Develop and implement the future-oriented strategy and roadmap for the Q&R Compliance organization, focusing on AI readiness, data insights, and digitalization.
• Drive Innovation: Define and champion business cases and use cases for digital tools and AI to change the way we work, optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.
• Ensure Content and AI readiness: Drive the development and maintenance of AI-powered solutions (e.g. agents) as well as standardized technical content that is both human- and machine-readable, ensuring consistency across various digital channels.
• Content and knowledge optimization: Continuously optimize content creation and knowledge management tools in collaboration with content creators and other stakeholders to meet the needs of more than 40,000 employees in Roche Diagnostics.
• Upskill the Team: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop training initiatives that prepare the Q&R Compliance organization for a digital future.
• Strategic Collaboration: As a member of the Q&R Compliance Leadership Team, partner with the Audit and Training Chapters as well as with other stakeholders within Roche Diagnostics, Group IT and People & Culture to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach and facilitate successful implementation of the business and use cases.
• Embrace the Future: Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, data analytics, and digital tools, ensuring the Q&R Compliance organization is at the forefront of innovation.

Who You Are

• You are a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of industry experience. Experience in a regulated industry environment would be a plus.
• You hold a Master\'s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field or comparable.
• You are equipped with a minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams as people or matrix leader. This has provided you with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to make a big impact and deliver their best every day.
• You bring demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a deep understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital tools.
• You are known as a forward-thinking leader with a strong passion for innovation and a track record of driving change within an organization. You are committed to cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos to achieve the best results for the organization. You are characterized by excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build consensus across networks.
• You have the ability to navigate within a changing organization, maintaining objectivity, respect for differences of opinion, fairness, open communication and consensus building skills.

Locations

• You can be based at one of our sites in Indianapolis, Branchburg, Pleasanton, Tucson, Mannheim, Penzberg, Ludwigsburg, Rotkreuz, Basel, Sant Cugat, Cape Town or Suzhou. At the Company\'s discretion, an exception to the location requirement could be made under extraordinary circumstances.

• As this position is a global role, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
