At The Hoffman Agency, you will work on exciting projects in high-tech industries, crafting impactful communication strategies that drive engagement and visibility. You will be part of a collaborative, international team that values creative ideas and innovative approaches.

• Collaborate on exciting client projects in high-tech sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, IoT, Data Analytics, and Management.
• Implement integrated communication concepts focusing on B2B communication.
• Independently manage specific project tasks such as organizing and conducting meetings, briefings, and events.
• Write and edit texts, including articles, press releases, and commentary on complex topics.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across our global network.
• Support new business initiatives and contribute to presentations.

Ideally you have:

• 1–2 years of experience in an agency environment, ideally in B2B communications with a focus on IT, tech, or related fields.
• Proven experience in writing and editing complex content.
• A team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment.

Our office is located centrally in Munich; and we are open to flexible working models. But we enjoy meeting up at least 2 days a week in the office to share and learn from each other.
