ROSEN Group in Lingen is seeking an R&D Project Manager for the Service Line Challenging Solutions. You will own projects from planning to delivery, ensuring cost, time, and quality targets are met.

You will coordinate milestones, manage budgets and resources, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, assess risks, and communicate status to management, partners, and investors. The role requires a degree in engineering or sciences and relevant certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA preferred.
• 2 years proven experience managing R&D projects end-to-end.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong technical and domain understanding; stakeholder governance and delivery experience.

R&D Project Manager for the Service Line Challenging Solutions (all genders welcome)

What you can expect

The R&D Project Manager takes full ownership for delivering the requested project results within cost, time, and quality. He actively manages deviations and adapts to changed priorities and requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning & Coordination: Setting project milestones, refining timelines, and ensuring that obstacles are eliminated
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitoring expenses, timeline and scope. Ensuring teams have all necessary resources (people, skill sets, tools, and support)
• Team Communication: Ensure alignment between all project team members and stakeholders about progress, status, and challenges
• Communicating status and progress adequately to the audience (e.g. company management, external partners, and investors)
• Actively tackle any obstacles that arise during the development process, either within the Project team or to respective Management
• Understanding of project goals and communication of impact on company strategy to the team
• Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential risks and setbacks as early as possible
• Translate project-related status and technical developments into recommendations for actionsFoster the team by ensuring fluent collaboration across all roles and functions
• Documentation & Reporting: project status updates for management and team by using the defined processes and programs. Active budgeting, cost reporting, and project documentation throughout the project
• Final Deliverables: Reporting and representing the deliverables to the requesters

What you will bring

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, industrial), Natural Science (e.g., physics), IT, Business Administration or equivalent is required
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA Levels (D-B), Agile, etc.) is preferred
• 2 years proven experience in Managing R&D Projects End-to-End
• Strong technical and domain understanding
• Stakeholder, governance, and delivery experience
• Technical basic understanding in at least one discipline
• Good project management knowledge as well as good management capabilities of quality, time and costs
• Capabilities to lead an interdisciplinary project team
• Method competencies
• Fluent in written and spoken English
