Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH is seeking a logistics leader to own and develop a full operations team on-site in Germany. You will balance capacity planning with process improvements while building a trusted, high-performing team that grows together.

You’ll challenge the status quo, use data to guide decisions, and ensure every change benefits people and the business. We value leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility for safety and wellbeing on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of real world experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally from e-commerce or retail.
• A degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2) and German or French at the same level.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Data is your friend and you know how to analyse it to optimise logistics processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Profil

• At least 5 years of real world experience in logistics and supply chain management, ideally from e-commerce or retail
• A degree in logistics, supply chain management is a plus
