Keylime Consultants are working with an established international organisation that is looking to strengthen its internal HR technology team with the appointment of a Workday HCM Specialist. This role focuses on supporting and developing the Workday HCM landscape, translating HR requirements into configurations, and ensuring platform stability.

Qualifikationen

• Strong practical experience supporting Workday HCM or a comparable HR system.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and, ideally, Recruiting.
• Experience configuring, testing and supporting Workday business processes.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Involvement in Workday release cycles, system enhancements or rollout projects.
• Additional experience with Talent Optimisation or Learning would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR processes and their configuration within Workday.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English.

Keylime Consultants are working with an established international organisation that is looking to strengthen its internal HR technology team with the appointment of a Workday HCM Specialist.

This role will focus primarily on the support and continued development of the organisation’s Workday HCM landscape. Working closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders, you’ll translate requirements into effective Workday configurations, support business process changes and help ensure the ongoing stability of the platform.

You’ll also be involved in testing, release management, system enhancements and future rollout activity, while supporting integrations, EIBs and data imports and exports. Additional knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Optimisation or Learning would be advantageous,

This is a hybrid role based in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Candidates will need to live within reasonable commuting distance of the office or be willing to relocate.
