You may be transitioning from HR or HRIS with strong HR processes knowledge; cross-training into Workday is encouraged. Hybrid role based in Mülheim an der Ruhr with relocation or commuting considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they are supported through HR systems.
• Experience using Workday within an HR environment or hands-on experience as an HRIS analyst with another major HRIS platform such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
• For HRIS candidates, practical experience configuring or administering HR systems is required.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Based within commuting distance of Mülheim an der Ruhr or willing to relocate.

Keylime Consultants are working with an established international organisation that is looking to strengthen its internal HR technology team with the appointment of a Workday HCM Specialist.

This opportunity is particularly well suited to someone looking to develop their career further within Workday. The organisation is open to candidates who may not yet be dedicated Workday specialists but who already have a strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems and are keen to build deeper Workday configuration expertise.

You may currently be working within HR and using Workday regularly as part of your role, with a strong interest in systems and HR technology. Alternatively, you may already be an HRIS specialist working with another major platform such as SAP, Oracle or other enterprise HRIS and looking for the opportunity to cross-train into Workday.

Working closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders, you’ll support the organisation’s Workday Core HCM and Recruiting landscape, helping to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Depending on your existing experience, you’ll receive support to develop your Workday configuration skills while gradually taking greater ownership of business processes, system enhancements and ongoing platform development.

You’ll also gain exposure to testing, release management, integrations, EIBs, data imports and exports and future Workday rollout activity. Over time, there will be opportunities to broaden your knowledge into additional areas such as Talent Optimisation and Learning.

This is a hybrid role based in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Candidates will need to live within reasonable commuting distance of the office or be willing to relocate, as the position cannot be performed on a fully remote basis.

Workday HCM Specialist – Key Requirements:

• Experience working within HR, HR technology or HRIS
• Good practical understanding of HR processes and how they are supported through HR systems
• Experience using Workday within an HR environment or hands‑on experience as a HRIS analyst with another major HRIS platform such as SAP, Oracle or similar
• For HRIS candidates, practical experience configuring or administering HR systems is required
• Strong systems aptitude and a genuine interest in developing deeper Workday configuration expertise
• Exposure to Workday Core HCM, Recruiting or other Workday modules would be beneficial but is not essential for candidates bringing relevant transferable HRIS experience
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English
• Based within commuting distance of Mülheim an der Ruhr or willing to relocate
