Zusammenfassung

Knuspr, part of Rohlik Group, is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to help new colleagues settle in quickly, learn the job, and grow into confident, high-performing team members on the warehouse floor.

This role blends onboarding, coaching and culture-building, and is a big part of what makes our warehouse teams work well together. You’ll work with managers to support both newcomers and existing staff.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of training experience; warehouse or operations background is a plus.
• Open-minded, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with a natural feel for working with people.
• Calm under pressure and able to make quick, fair decisions.
• Structured, attentive and focused on helping others improve.
• Comfortable using apps, tools and new technologies.
• Self-starter who can work independently and get things done.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, even in an operational role.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding for new warehouse employees
• Train employees across different warehouse departments and processes
• Support the creation and improvement of training materials and methods
• Give regular feedback, motivate people and help them improve performance
• Identify where individuals need more support and create practical improvement plans
• Check whether warehouse rules and processes are followed correctly
• Work closely with managers on training progress and employee development
• Help introduce new warehouse processes and make sure teams understand them
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on real needs
• Be the go-to person for everyday questions, support and guidance on the floor
• Act as a role model for Rohlik culture, teamwork and customer orientation

Language requirements:

You need professional working proficiency in English or German. Additional foreign languages are a strong advantage.
