Planetlan Gmbh in Bochum is hiring a Warehouse Manager (m, f, d) on a full-time permanent basis, starting immediately. You will lead the warehouse team, optimize processes, ensure quality standards, and coordinate inbound/outbound goods.

The role emphasizes strong communication, service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure while using modern IT systems. A class B driver’s license is preferred.

Warehouse Manager (m, f, d)

To expand our warehouse team we’re offering you an attractive full-time permanent position starting immediately as part of our team at our headquarters in Bochum. In your new role you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating the warehouse team in all areas of operation
• Continuously optimizing and developing warehouse and work processes
• Supporting the entire team in day-to-day operations
• Ensuring and implementing quality standards as well as compliance with all relevant processes
• Operational coordination, processing and monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods as well as fulfillment of customer orders
• Recording and posting of incoming and outgoing goods in the inventory management system
• Conducting inventory checks and inventory maintenance activities
• Participating in logistics planning and organizational processes
• Fleet management (pool vehicles)
