Job summary

JD Logistics, a JD.com group company, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to efficiently handle goods in fulfillment centers, ensuring timely processing and dispatch to meet customer demands. You will work onsite in Unna, performing general warehouse tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting shipments, picking and packing orders, operating forklifts and other equipment (certification may be required), conducting inventory counts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Good teamwork and communication in Chinese and English/German.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents; report discrepancies or damages.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to procedures; ensure item counts and product integrity.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely; certification may be required.
• Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation; maintain accurate records.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with labeling, scanning, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per policies and safety rules.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies including quality control and data privacy.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Good teamwork and communication skills in Chinese, and English/German.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
