Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication in Chinese and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with logistics or e-commerce operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track operational metrics, identifying issues and escalating as necessary.
• Provide first-line support for inquiries, requests, and incidents from internal teams and partners.
• Document and maintain operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, IT to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation to support decisions.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.
