Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications are a plus.
• Experience operating industrial equipment in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system interaction.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and varied shifts.
• Commitment to safety practices and workplace regulations.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Accurately track and record inventory movements, material flow, and production data using internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow, resolve operational issues, and achieve production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with JD.com's workplace standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging of materials as required.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of new equipment and processes.

Job Qualifications
