Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a supervisory role in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Fluency in German and English preferred.
• Forklift operator certification desirable.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory.
• Resolve operational issues and employee conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid forklift operator certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in German and English is preferred.
