Job summary

NDT Global seeks a senior leader to drive the development and optimization of warehouse and logistics operations across the EMEAA region. You will lead a cross-border team, enhance processes, and contribute to our business success with a strategic, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities include optimizing inventory, coordinating with international sites, and ensuring regulatory compliance while managing budgets and KPIs. English and German fluency are required, with travel across the EMEAA region.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in an international environment.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute to day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a warehouse and logistics team across locations in Germany, Norway, and Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure efficient warehouse, material flow, and logistics operations to support global material availability.
• Drive continuous improvements in inventory management, processes, and cost structures.
• Manage external logistics providers and ensure compliance with customs, export control, and safety regulations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Support budget planning and cost control for warehouse and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a warehouse and logistics team across our locations in Germany, Norway, and Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure efficient warehouse, material flow, and logistics operations to support global material availability.
• Drive continuous improvements in inventory management, operational processes, and cost structures.
• Manage external logistics service providers and ensure compliance with all relevant customs, export control, and safety regulations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Support budget planning and cost control activities for the warehouse and logistics function.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally within an international environment
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to actively contribute to day-to-day operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Advanced knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel within the EMEAA region as required
