CENTOGENE GmbH in Rostock seeks a warehouse and logistics specialist to receive, store and dispatch goods under required conditions, maintain stock accuracy, and organize shipments.

You will work with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to process orders, monitor temperatures, handle customs documents with ATLAS, and collaborate with Laboratory, Quality, Purchasing, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP
• Experience in pharma, diagnostics or a laboratory is a strong advantage
• Customs experience, ideally with ATLAS
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent German and English
• Ability to handle goods manually

Responsabilités

• Receive and register goods and samples, store them under required conditions, prepare and dispatch kits and shipments, and handle returns
• Work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations): process and verify sales orders and shipments, record and check inventory movements
• Maintain stock accuracy through inventory counts and discrepancy resolution; plan replenishment of packaging, consumables and collection kits together with Purchasing and internal users
• Monitor storage conditions and keep the relevant temperature records
• Organise import and export shipments with carriers and couriers; track shipments and resolve issues such as delays, customs holds and missing documents
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation (e.g. Air Waybills, invoices, export declarations) and use ATLAS
• Ensure compliance with regulations for biological substances and dry ice (IATA DGR, UN3373, UN1845)
• Work closely with Laboratory, Quality, Purchasing, and all other departments that require materials or logistics support

Your profile

• Vocational training (e.g. forwarding or logistics clerk) or a degree in logistics, plus [2–3] years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable ERP (inventory, sales and purchase orders)
• Experience in pharma, diagnostics or a laboratory, including receiving and shipping samples, is a strong advantage
• Customs experience, ideally with ATLAS
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent German and English
• Ability to handle goods manually
