Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Wolfsburg-Hattorf (LZH) is seeking a full-time Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date. You will handle inbound and outbound goods, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate storage and retrieval across GLT, tires, and empty containers.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepare and process shipping documents.
• Manage storage, relocation, and retrieval of goods across GLT, tires, and empty containers.
• Label and inspect goods.
• Act as contact for dispatch, control tower, forklift drivers, and shift management.
• Manage bookings in Logis and SAP.
• Monitor material provisioning and delivery times.
• Process and report error pools and discrepancies.
• Clarify GR, MIH, and material bookings.
• Monitor IT systems such as ITLS, LKW-Control, Logis, SAP, Lison, iTLS, Lotse.
• Implement 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Report disruptions and damage incidents.

For our site in Wolfsburg-Hattorf (LZH), we are looking for a full-time Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

• Record and monitor incoming and outgoing goods
• Prepare and process shipping documents
• Manage the system-based storage, relocation, and retrieval of goods across different warehouse areas (GLT, tires, and empty containers)
• Label and inspect goods
• Act as a point of contact for dispatch, control tower, system coordination, forklift drivers, and shift management
• Manage bookings within the respective customer systems (Logis, SAP)
• Monitor material provisioning, requested delivery times, and material flows within the warehouse using system tools
• Process and report error pools and discrepancies
• Clarify open goods receipt (GR), MIH, and material bookings
• Monitor and manage IT systems such as ITLS, LKW-Control, Logis, SAP, Lison, iTLS, and Lotse
• Implement 5S standards and actively participate in Kaizen activities
• Report process disruptions and damage incidents

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in warehouse operations and possession of a valid forklift licence
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Good understanding of goods receipt and goods issue processes
• Knowledge of logistics and organisational processes
• Good IT skills, ideally including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
• Good written and spoken German skills
