Job summary

Berner Omnichannel Trading Holding SE in Germany seeks a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to identify, develop, and implement warehouse efficiency initiatives across locations. You will define standards, harmonize SOPs, and establish KPI frameworks to monitor performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support logistics transformation including WMS/ERP optimization, and deliver data-driven, sustainable solutions in a multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Economics/Logistics or related field.
• Several years of warehousing/logistics or operational excellence experience.
• Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement warehouse process improvements.
• Define and harmonize global warehousing standards, policies, and SOPs.
