Job summary

BERNER is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Process Manager to lead and standardize international processes, drive improvement, and roll out global standards across markets.

You will facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into system solutions, and collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams while traveling as needed.

Fluent in English and German with several years in process management, WMS and ERP, you will shape practical changes in a technically modern workplace.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and system-driven process management.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process or system improvements in international environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and standards.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of WMS & ERP systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a background in project management.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English & German, further language skills advantageous.
